When your list members churn away

  You worked for hours to create the best offer ever, it’s so good, so compelling, you even impressed yourself. However, reviewing your sending stats you may think of all that time and energy you wasted as the unsubscribe rate from this last mailing has increased; much more than you expected.  In fact, over the past 6 months, you’ve lost 10% of your subscriber base.  Is this a sign to create a win-back email campaign?
